1.  request to set up a meeting to discuss research interests 
2. .pdf file of an up-to-date CV.  
3. brief (< 100 words) answers to the following questions:
   • What are your key control theoretic/modeling/computational interests? How do you see yourself growing in this space?
   • What are key areas/applications of interest? How does Stanford enable/catalyze its success?
